Frequency: Weekly

Ideal for businesses with employees or higher transaction volumes. (More than 50 transactions per week)

  • Accounts payable and receivable - sending invoices and paying bills

  • Monthly financial reports

  • Includes Quarterly or Monthly BAS preparation and lodgement

Starting at $140 per week + GST. An overview of your books & needs will determine how many hours are required per week

GROWTH PACKAGE

Frequency: Monthly

Ideal for businesses who don’t require weekly bookwork but need more than just quarterly BAS work. (Less than 50 transactions per month)

Includes:

  • Receipt entering

  • Monthly transaction management

  • Bank and credit card reconciliation

  • Accounts receivable monitoring

  • Accounts payable tracking

  • Monthly financial reports

  • Balance Sheet Review

  • Superannuation Compliance with new Payday Super Legislation (July 1st 2026)

  • Quarterly BAS preparation and lodgement

Set Price of $150 + GST

ESSENTIALS PACKAGE

Frequency: Quarterly

Ideal for sole traders or low transaction businesses. (Less than 200 transactions per qtr)

Includes:

  • Receipt entering

  • Transaction coding

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Balance Sheet review

  • Profit and Loss Report review

  • Quarterly BAS preparation

  • Superannuation Compliance with new Payday Super Legislation (July 1st 2026)
